Holiday Fruitcake

Enjoy our classic fruitcake this holiday season with its festive decoration and and elegant presentation. We begin with a blend of golden sweet pineapple and papaya, hand-picked from our tropical acreage in Costa Rica. Once they arrive at our bakery, we combine these fresh ingredients with ripe, red cherries from the Pacific Northwest, and plump California raisins. We use only fresh new-crop, native Texas pecans that are selected from native pecan trees.

We combine these hand-picked ingredients, smother them with our honey-rich batter and secret glaze and bake your fruitcake to perfection. It's hand decorated with slivered almonds and an abundance of whole native Texas pecans.
