Dangerously Delicious DeLuxe® Fruitcake Dessert Dip

INGREDIENTS:
8 ozs cream cheese (room temperature)
1 stick unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup roughly chopped DeLuxe® Fruitcake (measure after chopping)
pinch of salt
STEP 1
Using either a stand or hand mixer with a whisk attachment, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter (this usually takes about 1 minute on high).
STEP 2
Once thoroughly combined, turn the mixer speed to low and add the vanilla extract till combined. Then, slowly add the confectioner's sugar a little at a time until well-beaten and smooth.
STEP 3
Remove mixture from the mixer and add your chopped DeLuxe® Fruitcake pieces, folding gently till the fruitcake is evenly distributed.
STEP 4
Transfer mixer to a decorative bowl and serve alongside with your choice of cookies, crackers, or fruit.

- ADD GARNISH: Just before serving, add pizazz by topping your dip with a sprinkling of chocolate chips or chopped pecans.
- ADD COLOR: Add a splash of color with a handful of mini M&Ms®.
