At the Collin Street Bakery, it’s basically National Fruitcake Day every day. But we understand not everyone can live fruitcake. That’s why we get so excited when each year, on December 27, people all across America celebrate National Fruitcake Day. It’s only natural this most delicious of holidays would take place just a few days after Christmas. Fruitcake, as you know, is a traditional holiday staple and probably a guest on most family’s Christmas Day dessert buffets. So, in honor of this confectionary custom, let’s all raise a leftover slice and celebrate!!
