Limited Cheesecake & Petite Availability During Summer Months
CORSICANA, Texas – May 13, 2022 - For the remainder of the summer, Collin Street Bakery will not be offering cheesecakes or chocolate-covered Petites for purchase online.
This decision is due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our cheesecakes, the meltable nature of our chocolate-covered Petites, the extreme heat index associated with summer months, and the inability to guarantee U.S. Shipping Carrier's delivery dates.
Our cheesecakes and chocolate-covered Petites will remain available for purchase at any of our Collin Street Bakery Café retail locations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we believe this decision will ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers while maintaining the integrity of our products.
As soon as the weather cools down, we will, once again, be offering our cheesecakes and chocolate-covered Petites for purchase online. We anticipate this to be sometime in early October.
