Collin Street Bakery, headquartered in Corsicana, Texas, is honored to stand alongside Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) to ensure that America’s injured veterans receive the life-changing programs and services they need to achieve their highest ambitions. WWP is American-based charity and veterans service organization benefiting wounded warriors who served in the military on or after September 11, 2001.
In 2022, Collin Street Bakery began selling their Military Pecan Fruitcake, a unique DeLuxe®-style Fruitcake packaged in their Armed Forces tin. Featuring hand-sketched figures of the five branches of the United States military—the Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard—this limited-edition Armed Forces tin stands as a tribute to all those who have dedicated their lives to protecting our nation. Created in honor of all our servicemen and servicewomen, upon offering this product to their customers, Collin Street Bakery pledged to use this product to support an A-rated military charity.
Honoring their pledge, Collin Street Bakery’s first donation check of $7,120.00 will be given to WWP. “Collin Street Bakery is forever grateful to the brave men and women who have served and are currently serving in our Armed Forces. We are proud to be able to contribute to an organization that provivdes financial help for veterans, “ said Collin Street Bakery, President Bob McNutt.

I am ordering for my oldest sibling of nine kids. My brother Sgt John Sitek served in the USMC at the height of the Vietnam War. I’ll never forget as all eight siblings said our tearful goodbyes when he first left for battle overseas. Thank you God for bringing John back alive with a Purple Heart award. To this day John battles PTSD. In retirement John now serves proudly at the St Louis Lambert Airport USO Lounge from midnight thru 6am willing to assist when most needed. God Bless The USA!
Great project, but you are behind the times. You left out the Space Force, which is on equal footing with the Army, Navy. Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.
That photo was printed and used before the Space Force was added, however we do have a new design coming out that will include the Space Force so be on the look out!
Being over 80 years old, I grew up on fruitcake, Collin Street is by far, the best fruitcake I have ever tasted. I'm hooked on it & must have it all year round. Your fruitcake is also my sister's Christmas gift every year which she also enjoys. Keep up the good work.
I was a medic during the Vietnam war. Saw many things that would make a normal person fall apart but also saw good things when people help those that needed it. Thank you for contributing for our military.
Grew up having one of original fruitcakes during Christmas. Now I drizzle a little Bourbon on top and let it soak it in before serving a slice. A tradition in my family since 1966.
