• Our ready-to-bake cookie dough is made fresh before being fully frozen and shipped in insulated packaging. While in transit, our cookie pucks may become partially or fully thawed. When they arrive, place them immediately in the freezer.

• Overnight Shipping orders placed Thursday through Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed after 12:30 pm will ship the following day.

FAQ

What is the shelf life of this product?

Our ready-to-bake cookies are best baked a few days after arrival. However, if properly stored in the freezer, they can stay fresh for up to six months.

What is the best way to store this product?

For general storage, we recommend placing our ready-to-bake cookies in the freezer. When you are planning on baking your cookies, they can be safely relocated to the fridge for up to 24 hours, after which, if unbaked, they should be returned to the freezer. Do not allow raw cookie dough pucks to come to room temperature. Note: once the plastic wrapping surrounding the cookies has been opened, unbaked cookie pucks should be placed in an airtight container or sealed plastic bag before being stored in the freezer.

How do I bake Collin Street's Ready to Bake cookies?

Preheat oven to the baking temperature indicated on the back of the box. On a non-stock or parchment-lined cookie sheet, place raw cookie pucks two inches apart. Bake as directed. Allow cookies to cool before transferring them to a wire rack. Serve & enjoy! Note: ovens may vary. Closely monitor cookies during baking and adjust baking time and oven temperatures as needed.

Can I eat Collin Street's Ready to Bake Cookies raw?

Unfortunately, no. Raw cookie dough contains ingredients that, when uncooked, could be harmful to consume.

Is this item shipped frozen or with a cold pack?

Our ready-to-bake cookies are shipped frozen but must be placed immediately in the freezer upon arrival, as they may have thawed during shipping.

Can this product be shipped internationally?

Unfortunately, no. Since our products are preservative-free, their shelf life is limited. Therefore, certain products can only be mailed to a physical address within the continental United States.
