It’s a cliche at this point to say it, but this year has been weird.
Between natural disasters, political unrest, and a worldwide pandemic, we can all agree 2020 has not gone as expected. So as the end of the year approaches, we greet it with a mixed bag of emotions. Slightly browbeaten but cautiously optimistic, we limp into the holidays. The happiest, most joyful time of the year. - HOORAY!!
Typically spent in the close company of family and friends, this year’s seasonal gathering will, granted, look quite different. With travel being a big question mark and parties being an ‘I dunno’ situation, it's quite possible there’s not going to be much gathering taking place this year. But, just because we might not be able to GET together doesn’t mean we can’t still GIVE some love.
So, for the first time ever, Collin Street hosted a ThanksGIVING Giveaway - an emphasis on the give. In the spirit of the giving season, we created the perfect way to spread some holiday happiness.
