I’ve forgotten my password. How can I log into my account?
At the top of the screen click ‘My Account’
To the right of the ‘Sign In’ button, select “Forgot Your Password?”
From there, you’ll be provided with instructions on how to reset your password.

I’m having trouble placing an order. Who can I contact for help?
Not to worry! During regular business hours, our Customer Service Team is actively standing by on Live Chat to assist you. Just select “Chat Now” at the bottom of your screen and you will be automatically connected with a knowledgeable Customer Service Team Member.

How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your products ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information. This information can be used to track the progress of your order from our Bakery to its intended destination.

My order arrived and I’m not satisfied. Who should I contact regarding my issue?
All Collin Street Bakery products are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-504-1896. For us to quickly assist you, please have the following information readily available.
(1) The purchaser’s full name
(2) The reference number from the shipping label
How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team immediately at 1-800-504-1896.
We are unable to make changes to or cancel orders that have already shipped.
How do I send the same gift to several people?
After you add the desired items to your shopping cart, click the “Cart” button at the top of the page. From there, you will see an option to “Checkout With Multiple Addresses”

Payments, Billing, Promotions, and Privacy

How do I use an offer code?
Begin by simply having the offer code readily available at checkout. When you are ready to complete your order, select ‘MY CART’ in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once your cart has loaded, a box where you can submit a ‘Promo Code or Gift Card’ number will appear in the lower left-hand side of the screen. Inside this box, type the promotion code exactly as it appears, then click ‘Apply.’ The discount should be directly applied to your order and will be displayed in your cart.
I have two promotion codes. Can I apply them both?
Unfortunately, no. You cannot apply two promotion codes to the same purchase unless specifically stated in the offer. Most of our discounts cannot be combined.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept the following payment options: American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard®, Visa®, and PayPal®.
Is it safe to use my credit card or debit card online?
Yes! The safety of your personal information is extremely important to us. We encrypt all your sensitive information using SSL (secure socket layer) technology to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. How do I know my order has shipped?
As soon as your products ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information. If you have yet to receive an email containing these tracking details, it is very likely your products have not yet shipped.
