The texture and taste of a gluten free item is often not as pleasant as a normal bakery item. Collin Street has broken the code. Like their fruit cakes, they are far ahead of their industry and at a reasonable cost.

Great addition to the line up

Several family members have gluten issues causing problems with most menu items. The brittle was a big hit. The peanut version was good and finished first. I don't remember eating pecan brittle before. I enjoyed the pecan version even more than the peanut. Keep both brittles in your order book.

The Gluten Free Fruitcake is absolutely delicious.

I'm 70 and when I was a child, my family ALWAYS had Collin Street Bakery Fruitcake at Christmas. As an adult, I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and never dreamed that I could eat this yummy product again. Thank you Collin Street Bakery for proving me wrong.

very good fruit cake but I think it would be better if it was more cakey I am gluten free , and your cakes are all fruit I used to buy the fruit cakes from the Moncks and they were the best have a great day Bill
