But we also know that life moves fast. Whether you're heading to the gym, packing for a weekend mountain hike, or rushing between afternoon meetings, you can’t always bring a full cake slice with you.
That’s exactly why we created Collin Street Bakery Energy Bars. We wanted to capture the exact flavor profile our customers have loved for generations and re-imagine it into a clean, portable, and modern snack built for active lifestyles.
What Are Collin Street Bakery Energy Bars?
Put simply: it’s all the fruit and nut magic of our iconic fruitcake, but we’ve completely ditched the batter.
Instead of baking these ingredients into a traditional cake, we combine our signature fruits and nuts into a chewy, satisfying bar. Each individually wrapped bar delivers a burst of natural sweetness balanced by a hearty, premium crunch.
Every single bar is crafted with a transparent, simple ingredient list:
- Premium North American Pecans: Making up the powerhouse foundation of the bar, providing clean energy, healthy fats, and fiber.
- Real Fruit Menagerie: A sweet, vibrant blend of cherries, pineapple, raisins, and papaya.

Why We Created Them (And Why You'll Love Them)
We didn't just want to make another generic snack bar. The grocery aisles are already full of chalky protein powders, chemical additives, and empty-calorie options. We saw an opportunity to do something better by staying true to our roots.

Note: While they are safely free from gluten, soy, and dairy, our bars are made in our classic bakery facility that processes milk, eggs, wheat, and soy, and they do contain tree nuts (our beloved pecans!).
