Mini Pecan Cakes Sampler

Our mini fruitcakes and pecan cakes can stay fresh for up to three months if stored unopened at room temperature. Once opened, they can stay fresh for up to six months if stored in an airtight container and refrigerated between servings. Our mini fruitcakes and pecan cakes can stay fresh for up to twelve months if placed in the freezer.

DeLuxe®: Pecans, cherries, corn syrup, sugar, wheat flour, pineapple, raisins, eggs, invert sugar, honey, liquid soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, papaya, water, high fructose corn syrup, orange peel, natural and artificial flavor, sulfur, dioxide, red #40, blue #1, turmeric (color).

Apricot: Apricots, pecans, corn syrup, sugar, eggs, invert sugar, wheat flour, liquid soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, water, honey, natural and artificial flavor.

Texas Blonde: Pecans, cherries, corn syrup, sugar, wheat flour, pineapple, raisins, eggs, invert sugar, honey, liquid soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, papaya, water, high fructose corn syrup, orange peel, natural and artificial flavor, sulfur dioxide, red#40.

Pineapple: Pineapple, pecans, wheat flour, eggs, invert sugar, water, honey, liquid soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil, pineapple compound, natural nad artificial flavor.
