I grew up in Corsicana and my Mother always bought a fruitcake at Collin Street Bakery. We would go every year and I go when I am in Texas to buy all kinds of cookies to bring back to New Orleans Louisiana where I reside now. My husband loves your fruitcake ! !

Collin Street Bakery has the best Fruit Cake I have ever eaten. If people don't buy this cake I don't think they will ever find one that taste as good as these cakes do. I use to work at Dr Pepper Bottling Co. in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr MCNutt use to own this company. Some of the employees are sent a small fruit cake but I never received one. I LOVE these fruit cakes and will never buy anything else.

In my family, the Collin Street Bakery has always been known as the "Texas Fruitcake" and is hands down the best fruitcake I've ever eaten. It's been a family tradition since the 1960's... a good 60 years now... and now they've added other versions/flavors, yum!
