Limited Cheesecake Availability During the Summer Months
CORSICANA, Texas – May 1, 2022 - For the remainder of the summer, Collin Street Bakery will not be offering cheesecakes for purchase online.
This decision is due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our cheesecakes, the extreme heat index associated with summer months, and the inability to guarantee U.S. Shipping Carrier's delivery dates.
Our cheesecakes will remain available for purchase at any of our Collin Street Bakery Café retail locations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we believe this decision will ensure the long-term satisfaction of our customers while maintaining the integrity of our products.
As soon as the weather cools down, we will, once again, be offering our cheesecakes for purchase online. We anticipate this to be sometime in late September or early October.
