Through Collin Street Bakery Rewards, customers can collect points to turn into spectacular savings on all their favorites! In this blog, we'll break down the biggest things you need to know about this program, like how to collect points and how to turn those points into cash!
What are Collin Street Rewards?
Collin Street Rewards is our way of treating our most loyal customers. Created as a sort of ‘Thank you!’ for your continued patronage, this program allows shoppers to collect points, turn points into discounts, and gain exclusive access to all our biggest and best offers throughout the year.
How Do I Sign Up for Rewards?
Signing up for our Rewards program is super simple. If you already have a Collin Street account, you're automatically enrolled in our Rewards program—congrats! You didn’t have to lift a finger, and you’re already set up to start earning points. If you don’t yet have an account with our bakery, not to worry. All you need to do is create an account, and voilà! You’re a Rewards member.
Only ever ordered through the mail, phone, or fax?
If you have provided an email address in the past when ordering via mail, phone, or fax, we may have already enrolled you in our Rewards Program.
To see if you're already enrolled in CSB Rewards, simply click on the "SIGN IN" link on the far right of the navigation bar. Next, click "Forgot Your Password?" and follow the prompts to create a password for the Rewards account registered to your email address.

How Do I Collect Rewards Points?
There are tons of ways to collect points! From following Collin Street Bakery on social media to writing product reviews to referring your friends, you can earn plenty of points without ever having to spend a cent! In fact, you’ll earn 25 points right off the bat simply by creating your own Rewards account. Plus, when you shop on CollinStreet.com, you'll earn 1 point for every dollar spent. How Do I Spend Rewards Points?
Spending points is just as easy as earning them. When you've added items to your cart and you’re ready to check out, look to the right side of your screen. There, you'll see a drop-down menu with options to convert points to dollars. Simply select your point balance and turn them in for discounts!
100 points = $5
200 points = $10
300 points = $15
400 points = $20
Collin Street Rewards Levels
There are three different levels in the Collin Street Bakery Rewards program—Bakery Insider, Cake Connoisseur, and Fruitcake Fanatic—and these levels are determined by how much each customer spends. Each level comes with different perks and benefits, like point multipliers and exclusive product alerts. Ultimately, the more you spend, the faster you can move up in the level, and the more you’re rewarded! Check out the breakdown of each level in the graphic above.
